# Installing mods
1. Launch PrismLauncher (or install if you don't have it)
2. Create a new instance, and make sure to select NEOFORGE as your mod loader and minecraft version `1.20.1`
3. Download the ZIP folder `./mods`
4. Either add the mods to the `<prism launcher instance>/mods` folder manually by unzipping it here, or use PrismLauncher's native mod addition (idk how that works, ask Kevin).
    - PrismLauncher CANNOT add zip archives to its modlist
5. ALLOCATE MORE RAM PLEASE!
6. Boot your instance and report any crashes to me please

all CurseForge mods, mostly (Neo)Forge mods

## for mr-mods.txt
all modrinth mods, mostly Fabric mods and some server plugins
